Willie Douglas Marshall was born on February 1,1925 in Nettleton, MS. He was married to the late Johnnie Marshall. His mother, Isabell Marshall and father, Fred Marshall, son, Thaddeus Branch, and sister, Gladys Mae Marshall, all preceded him in death.
In his passing, willie Marshall leaves his bright smile and beautiful memories to be cherished in the hearts of his sister, Virginia Chase of Ontario, Canada; three sons, Larry Marshall of Okolona, MS, Kenneth Branch of Minnesota, and Christopher Branch of Highland, Indiana; two daughters, Kathy(Jerome)Smith of Oxford, MS; seven grandchildren, Marquita, Daniels, Kristin, Dante, Catlyn, Christopher, and Nicholas; devoted nieces, Gwendolyn (Robert) Spratt, of Amory, MS, and Michelle(Gary) Cameron of Decatur, Georgia; a devoted nephew, Eric Young; special friends, Sam Moore, Gloria Gleghorn, Janice(Little daughter) Spencer, Daphne Whitfield, Nancy Rachael, Derenda Lucus; and a host of cousins, nieces and friends.
