​He is survived by his wife, Marie Key, 3 daughters, Melisa Dent, Latasha Key, and Kiara Key, 2 brothers, Dwight Smith and Ronald Elliot, and 5 sisters, Linda Mitchell, Lavanna Glover, Dianna Deanes, Cheryl Smith, and Stacy Scott
