He is survived by his wife, Priscilla Weaver, 4 sons, Everette Morgan, Kourtney Gates, Keyshawn and Jabaries Weaver,two daughters, Sierra Gates and Jercil Weaver one brother, Mark Weaver, two sisters, Regina McCleary and Wanda, and four grandchildren
