Graveside service: 1 p.m. - Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Cane Creek Cemetery in Vardaman, MS.
Visitation: 4 - 6 p.m. - Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Belle Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce, MS.
Pamela is survived by her husband, Richard Tuggle, her parents, Rex and Mary Hightower, two sons, Richard and Cleveland Freelon, one sister, Jackie Highjtower, and one brother, Tyrone Hightower
