The world has lost a remarkable soul with the passing of Michael Lee Wilson, 57, on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at the Monroe Regional Hospital in Aberdeen, MS.. Michael was born on December 27, 1966, in Aberdeen - Monroe County - MS, to his loving parents, the late Frank Wilson, Sr. and Alberta McMillian Wilson.

In his journey through life, Michael touched the hearts of many with his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love. He will forever be remembered for his gentle spirit and the warmth he shared with everyone he encountered.

Michael is survived by his son, Michael Wilson, Jr. and his daughter, Mariah Wilson, who will carry on his legacy with pride. He is also survived by a large and loving family including his brothers: Willie C. (Josephine) McMillian, Frank Wilson, Jr., Clarence (Gloria) Wilson, Leroy Wilson, Tommy (Noraima) Wilson, Donald Wayne Wilson, Fred Wilson, and Anthony Wilson; as well as his sisters: Lillie Moore (Frank), Georgia Smith, Mary Louise Boyd, and Emma (Johnny) Ware.

During this time of mourning, may we find solace in the cherished memories we hold dear of Michael. His presence will be deeply missed but the love he shared will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

The visitation for Michael Lee Wilson will be held at Belle Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen on Friday, March 29, 2024, starting at 4:00 PM and ending at 6:00 PM.  Funeral Service the following day, Saturday , March 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM. Let us come together to honor and celebrate the incredible life of Michael as we bid farewell to a beloved soul who has left an indelible mark on all of us.
