Visitation: Friday, December 4, 2015 from 4-6 p.m. at the funeral home, Bruce, MS
Interment: Double Springs Cemetery, Slate Springs, MS
She is survived by her husband, Willie Carter, two sons, Tommy and Terrence Willis, two brothers, David and Jessie Welch, two sisters, Lillie Mays and Janie Petty, and eight grandchildren
