Lenard Simmons

Lenard Simmons,93, born on August 8, 1931, in Grenada, Grenada County, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 23, 2025, in Michigan. He lived a full and rich life.

A devoted family man, Lenard cherished the moments spent with his loved ones, instilling in them the values of kindness and integrity that he held dear. His presence will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A Celebration of Life service will be held in his honor on Friday, February 7, 2025, at Belle Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce, Mississippi. The service will begin at 1:00 PM.  Family and friends are invited to gather to remember and celebrate the remarkable life Lenard lived.

As we reflect on Lenard Simmons' legacy, we remember a man who touched the hearts of many and whose vibrant spirit will continue to inspire those who survive him. His journey may have come to an end, but his memory will live on in the stories shared, the love he gave, and the lives he influenced.
