He is survived by his wife, Cornelia Glenn, 3 sons, Steven, Johnny Ray, and Joe Lee Shinn, 2 daughters, Jolene Clay and Florence Shinn, 2 brothers, Freddie and Lawrence Parson, and 1 sister, Arathia Matthews
