Jimmie Oneal Edwards, 54, a cherished husband, son, and father, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi. Born on September 22, 1971, in Ecorse, Wayne County, Michigan, Jimmie’s life was marked by dedication to his family and community.

He is survived by his loving wife, Tracie R. Beeks - Edwards; his devoted mother, JoAnn Dobbs - Edwards; and his beloved son, Tremain Edwards. Jimmie was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy E. Edwards.

Those wishing to pay their respects may attend the visitation on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Belle Memorial Funeral Home - Amory, located at 807 108th St., Amory, MS 38821. The celebration of Jimmie’s life will follow on Saturday, June 6, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM at Smith Chapel Holiness Church, situated at 50068 Burr Road, Aberdeen, MS 39730.
