James Ball

​James Lester Ball was born April 10, 1959 in Union County, MS to the late H.C. and Ozell Ball. He departed this life Thursday, February 22, 2018 at North Mississippi Medical Center, Tupelo, MS.

​He professed a hope in Christ at an early age and moved to Pasadena, CA. He returned to Pontotoc County, MS in 2016.

​James was a loveable person, who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

​Preceding him in death was his parents and brothers: W.C. David Ball and Carl Ball.

​He leaves to cherish his memory one son; James Reed of Las Vegas, Nevada, five sisters; Rose Mary Thompson and Emma Ball both of Milwaukee, WI; Earnestine Hudson of Ontario, CA; Mae Dora Ball Moore of Victorville, CA;  and Callie Sue Ball of Los Angeles, CA ; one sister-n-law; Diane Ball of Ecru, MS ; one uncle; Troy Cook of Tupelo, MS and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
