Christopher Cantrell Standifer, 19, a bright and promising young soul, was born on October 23, 2006, in Tupelo, Lee County, Mississippi. Sadly, he departed this world on Sunday, November 9, 2025, in West Point, Mississippi, leaving behind cherished memories and an indelible mark on the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Christopher was a dedicated student at Mississippi State University, where he distinguished himself as a member of the Honor Society while pursuing a major in Electrical Engineering. His academic pursuits were a testament to his intellect and ambition, qualities that inspired those around him.
He is survived by his loving family, including his father, Christopher Standifer, and his mother, Latesa Triplett. He is also remembered fondly by his brothers, Distand Standifer and Shaquille Triplett, and his sister, Shaquayla Gunn. The bond shared within this family was profound, and they will forever hold onto the memories and joy that Christopher brought into their lives.
To honor his memory, a visitation will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Belle Memorial Funeral Home, located at 216 Hwy 25 South, PO Box 129 in Aberdeen, MS. Following this, a Celebration of Life service will take place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Pleasant Plain Missionary Baptist Church, situated at 198 County Road 184 in Prairie, MS.
Christopher Cantrell Standifer's legacy will be forever cherished by his family and all who were fortunate to know him. He will be missed profoundly, yet his spirit will continue to inspire and guide those he leaves behind.
