Barbara Ree Bobo, 78,  born on June 19, 1947, in Calhoun County, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at the Baptist Nursing Home in Calhoun City, Mississippi. She lived a full life marked by the grace and kindness she shared generously with those around her.

Barbara’s journey began in the heart of Calhoun County, where she was raised and nurtured, carrying the values of family, community, and faith throughout her life. Her presence was a quiet strength to those who knew her, and her warmth touched many hearts.

A visitation to honor Barbara's memory will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Church of God In Christ Congregational Church, located at 36952 Hwy 8 East, Gore Springs, MS 38929. Following this, a Celebration of Life service will take place at the same location beginning at 1:00 PM. These moments will provide an opportunity for family, friends, and community members to gather, reflect, and commemorate Barbara’s life and lasting impact.
