Barbara Ruth Davis, 69, beloved mother, daughter, and friend, passed away on November 4th, 2023. She will be remembered for her kind heart, selfless nature, and unwavering love for her family. Barbara was born on November 9th, 1953 in Amory - Monroe County, Mississippi. She was the cherished daughter of James Thomas 'Bubba' Wilson and Mattie Mae Hill. From an early age, Barbara showed a remarkable spirit and a deep sense of compassion towards others. It was these qualities that shaped her into the incredible woman she became.

Barbara's greatest joy in life came from being a loving mother to her three children: Garrick Davis, Jerrick Davis, and Ramona Walker. Her dedication to her family knew no bounds and she always put their needs before her own. Barbara's children were the center of her world and she took pride in their accomplishments, providing them with unwavering support and guidance throughout their lives.

In addition to being a devoted mother, Barbara was a true friend to many. Her warm smile and nurturing nature made it easy for people to open up to her. She had an uncanny ability to listen without judgment and provide comfort when needed most. Barbara had a way of making everyone around her feel valued and loved.

Outside of her role as a mother and friend, Barbara had a deep faith in God which guided her through life's challenges. She was an active member of Victory Temple Outreach Ministry in Amory. Her involvement in the church community allowed her to live out her faith by helping others and spreading love wherever she went.

Friends and family are invited to attend the visitation service on November 11th, 2023 at Victory Temple Outreach Ministry located at 1200 Victory Temple Drive, Amory, Mississippi, 38821. The visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., providing an opportunity for loved ones to pay their respects and share stories of Barbara's remarkable life.

A funeral service will follow at the same location at 11:00 a.m., where we will gather to celebrate Barbara's life and the impact she had on all those around her. It will be a time to reflect on her legacy of love, kindness, and selflessness.
